As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and coaching development teams, while also making critical decisions on technical choices. You will be responsible for guiding our team through each phase of the project, ensuring clear objectives are set, targeted actions are taken, and results are achieved. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile.
- Ability to lead and coach a development team, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve project goals.
- Technical expertise in software development, including the ability to make informed decisions on technical choices and identify potential roadblocks.
- Strong communication skills, serving as a point of contact and sympathetic ear for colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring projects with an eagle eye, ensuring scope, budgets, and deadlines are met.
