Play a significant role

‘Maintenance-as-a-service’ is becoming an important part in the business chain. This comes with its own set of challenges, amongst others:

Your role? Ensure that they become crisis-proof and resilient, and that they develop their potential to stay ahead in their sector. For this purpose, you map out their current situation in a clear and detailed way. You formulate your proposals to optimise. And you guide them from A to Z in the implementation of change and improvements.

Put your assets to work

  • You have a helicopter view: with your wide view you always know where the problem lies.
  • Your analytical thinking ability is excellent: you easily make connections and identify the essence.
  • You are a result-oriented go-getter who makes the right decisions at the right time.
  • You have great empathy, and communicate clearly and convincingly at all levels – from the maintenance department to IT to the boardroom.
  • You are responsible, take ownership and work in a structured and organised way.
  • You fluently master Dutch and English. Le Français aussi? Tant mieux!
  • You have experience with IT and maintenance softwares/processes.

A selection of your daily tasks

  • Evaluate and adjust maintenance and field service processes from beginning to end.
  • Convert requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
  • Create change requests and test scenarios.
  • Develop user acceptance tests and organise training courses.
  • Ensure that solutions meet predetermined requirements.
